Interview process

Our interview process is divided into different stages. Depending on the position and level there are two to three stages. The whole process can be done digitally via video call. Of course, you are welcome to come to our Berlin office to get a first glimpse of how we work.

Intro call

No need to be nervous - this is a dialogue with someone from the People & Culture team. We want to give you more insight to Construyo, our product, our team and the job. And we want to get to know you, your experience and motivation! Prepare questions and let's find out together if we are a match.

Professional interview

Our second stage is about deep diving into your professional skills and knowledge. Show us what you are proud of and what you have learned. You will talk to someone from the specific department. Usually you will get to know the team lead and one of the founders.

Case study

No need to worry. This is not about putting your knowledge to the test but gives you a chance to shine - show us your creativity and skills in action. Plus, you will have the chance to get to know other team members to get first hand experience. When everyone feels comfortable, we are one step closer to welcoming a new Construyan.

Welcome, happy to have you on board! Your onboarding starts before your first day with all the information to get started. During the first two weeks, you will get to know your colleagues and departments and will be accompanied by our People & Culture team through all phases of your onboarding.
